Aastha Fitness Community provides lifestyle, nutrition, fitness and wellness guidance intended to help clients develop healthier habits. Services may be delivered online through consultations, messaging, calls, digital materials or other communication channels agreed with the client.
The exact scope, duration, fees, inclusions and exclusions of a paid programme will be communicated before purchase or commencement of the relevant service.
You must provide information that is accurate, complete and reasonably current when requesting services. You are responsible for informing the advisor of relevant health, dietary, medication, allergy, pregnancy, injury or other circumstances that may affect the suitability of lifestyle guidance.

Prices and payment terms will be communicated before a paid service is purchased. Payments must be made through the payment method authorised by Aastha Fitness Community. You should retain receipts, transaction references and other proof of payment.

Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling and programme changes are governed by the terms displayed on our Payment & Refund page and any specific terms communicated before purchase. Nothing in those terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies available to a consumer under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.
If you believe a service was not provided in accordance with what was agreed, please contact us promptly so that the matter can be reviewed and, where appropriate, resolved through a correction, rescheduling, refund or other lawful remedy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or dispute-resolution rights available to a consumer under applicable Indian law, disputes relating to these Terms or the services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities in Kolkata, West Bengal.
